When is the $50 Credit Valid to and how does it work?

The $50 Credit will be active from Nov 1st 7:00am (AEST) until Nov 3rd 11:59pm (AEST).

To activate the voucher, the minimum spend is $100 (Have $150 product value in your cart)

Will the site be locked before the sale?

Yes, the website will be locked 24 hours prior to launch on Thursday Oct 31st at 7am AEST.

If I select express shipping, will my order be prioritised?

If you choose Express Shipping, please note that this option doesn’t prioritise your order in the initial dispatch process (picking and packing at our warehouse). However, once your order is with the courier, it will be sent via express post for quicker delivery. For priority processing from the moment your order is placed, select the “Priority Dispatch” option for faster handling at our warehouse.

When can I expect my order to be dispatched from the time I ordered?

We know how exciting it is to get your EVA Athletic gear, and we're doing everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. During our Black November Sale, we're expecting an incredibly high volume of orders, so our team is working around the clock to pack and dispatch each order with care. While we aim to have orders dispatched as soon as possible, please be aware that processing times may extend up to 10 business days due to the increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time, and we promise it will be worth the wait when your new EVA Athletic items arrive!

Can I Make Changes to My Order After It's Placed?

During our Black November Sale, all orders are final once submitted, and we're unable to make changes, including adjustments to sizes, colours, items, or shipping addresses. To ensure you receive exactly what you need, we recommend double-checking all details before completing your checkout. Please note that cancellations aren’t possible after placing an order. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to getting your new EVA Athletic gear to you as soon as possible!

Can I Use Additional Discount Codes with the Black November Storewide Discount?

To unlock the Black November Sale discount, be sure to apply the code "BLACK50" at checkout. You can also use gift cards and store credits from returns along with the storewide discount. However, please note that no other discount codes, including athlete codes, can be applied during this sale.

If an Item Sells Out, Can I Purchase It Later at the Sale Price?

Once items sell out, they won’t be available again at the Black November Sale price. To secure your favourites, we recommend being ready at launch on Friday, November 1st, at 7:00AM (AEST).
