E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Section 1: General Terms

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be redeemed on the EVA Athletic online store for merchandise and are not applicable for additional E-Gift Card purchases.

Section 2: Validity and Expiration

E-Gift Cards have no expiration date. However, EVA Athletic reserves the right to void any E-Gift Card suspected of fraud or obtained through unauthorized channels.

Section 3: Product Eligibility

E-Gift Cards are predominantly designated for the purchase of full-priced items without promotional discounts applied. This condition is set to uphold the value and exclusivity of EVA Athletic sales and promotions. As such, the use of E-Gift Cards on discounted or promotional items may be restricted at EVA Athletic discretion.

Section 4: Usage Limitations

EVA Athletic reserves the right to limit the use of E-Gift Cards during peak sale periods, including but not limited to Black Friday and Boxing Day, to ensure website stability and equitable access to promotions. This measure is to maintain fairness and efficiency for all customers during high-traffic events.

Section 5: Amendments

EVA Athletic reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions governing the E-Gift Cards at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and any amendments thereto.

By purchasing or using an EVA Athletic E-Gift Card, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for changes.
