EVA Athletic Shipping Information & Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
1.1 All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. (Sales can delay the processing up to 10 business days)
1.2 Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
1.3 A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

We choose the quickest courier for your parcel. If you have a special requirement, please ensure to email us at contact@evaathletic.com.au to request a service.
Please note. Our warehouse team likes to work fast, so on the odd occasion, your parcel may already be shipped before our customer service team can action your request.
2. Delivery Confirmation & Claims
2.1 Deliveries typically require a signature. If the customer is unavailable, the order is forwarded to the local Australia Post outlet and held for up to 10 business days before being returned to EVA Athletic.
2.2 Customers should allow up to 7 business days after a shipment is marked as 'delivered' before considering it lost, as couriers may prematurely mark it as delivered or place it in a secure location.
2.3 If an order is not received, customers must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to file a claim.
2.4 Unclaimed Orders: If a claim is not made within 30 days of the delivery date, EVA Athletic is not liable for the order, and it falls outside our responsibility.
3. Address Accuracy
3.1 Customers must provide accurate shipping details. EVA Athletic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
3.2 If an incorrect address is entered and the order is returned, additional shipping costs may be incurred to resend the package.
4. Lost & Stolen Packages
4.1 If an order is lost in transit and is not marked as 'delivered' by the courier, EVA Athletic will work with the carrier to investigate and potentially resend the order.
4.2 If an order is marked as 'delivered' but not received, customers must contact us within 30 days for assistance. After this period, EVA Athletic is not liable for any claims.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn and in original condition.
5.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. EVA SHIPPING INSURANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS
6.1 Customers who purchase EVA Shipping Insurance at checkout are covered for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
6.2 Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
6.3 If a package is marked as 'delivered' but not received, customers must wait 7 business days before filing a claim to allow time for potential recovery.
6.4 Lost or stolen packages that meet the claim requirements will be replaced or refunded at EVA Athletic’s discretion.
6.5 EVA Shipping Insurance is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
