FAQ

What is EVA Elite? +
EVA Elite is EVA Athletic's membership program. Every member unlocks exclusive pricing storewide and automatic entry into our monthly prize draws. Join through this page and you get the Aura Set (sports bra + shorts) for $32. Member pricing is applied automatically in cart — no codes needed.
How does the Aura Set offer work? +
Pick a colour and size for the sports bra and the shorts above — mix and match any colours. Both go into your cart with your membership at the Elite price of $16 each ($32 for the set, normally $150), and your joining order ships free.
How does the minimum term work? +
Elite carries a 12-month minimum commitment, whether you're billed monthly or yearly. The exact price and total for your selected cadence are confirmed on the join screen before checkout. After the minimum term, your membership continues automatically on your billing cadence and you can cancel anytime.
How do the monthly giveaways work? +
You're entered automatically every month your membership is active — no extra steps, no extra cost. Elite members get 1 entry per active month. Winners are drawn and announced at the end of each month.
Is Elite pricing automatic? +
Yes. Once you're a member and logged into your account, Elite pricing shows automatically across the store and is applied at checkout. No codes, no hassle.
I'm already an Elite member — what happens to my membership? +
Nothing changes. Existing members keep their current pricing and all their current benefits. There's nothing you need to do.
Can I cancel? +
You can cancel within the 7-day cooling-off period, with unused items returned in original condition. After that, your membership runs for the 12-month minimum term, and cancelling early may require paying out the remaining term. Once the minimum term ends, cancel anytime with no penalty. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overview

EVA Elite is EVA Athletic's paid membership program, offering exclusive member pricing, a joining offer, monthly prize draw entries, and other benefits described below, available on a Monthly or Yearly billing cadence.

Billing Cadence

When you join, you choose to be billed Monthly or Yearly. The price, minimum term, and total shown to you on the join screen before checkout reflect your selected cadence and form your billing agreement.

Membership Term & Pricing

Elite carries a 12-month minimum commitment, regardless of billing cadence. As at the date of this policy: Elite is $19.00 AUD/month (12-month minimum total of $228.00) or $179.00 AUD/year. Pricing is reviewed from time to time — the exact price and minimum total for your selected cadence is always confirmed on the join screen before you complete your purchase, and that confirmation is what governs your billing agreement.

Joining Offer — Aura Set

When you join through this offer, one Aura Seamless Sports Bra and one pair of Aura Seamless Shorts are added to your joining order at member pricing ($16.00 AUD each as at the date of this policy), subject to availability. No free gift is included with this offer. Your joining order ships free.

Prize Draw Entries

You are automatically entered into EVA's prize draws for each month your membership is active — no extra steps required. Elite members receive 1 entry for each active membership month. Only active membership months earn entries.

Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel within 7 days of purchase (the cooling-off period). Items purchased at member pricing must be returned unused and in original condition.

Early Cancellation

After the cooling-off period, cancelling before the end of your 12-month minimum term may require paying the remaining balance owing for that term.

Auto-Renewal

After your minimum term ends, your membership continues automatically on your selected billing cadence until you cancel.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
