In instances where the complimentary item does not automatically appear in your shopping cart, it is the responsibility of the customer to add it manually.

Should the customer neglect to include the complimentary item during the checkout process, it will not be included in the dispatch.

The offer remains valid only as long as the inventory holds.

Any and all complimentary items provided under this promotion are subject to a 30-day warranty.
