How does the minimum term work? +
Elite Plus carries a 12-month minimum commitment, whether you're billed monthly or yearly. The exact price and total for your selected cadence are confirmed on the join screen before checkout. After the minimum term, your membership continues automatically on your billing cadence and you can cancel anytime.
How do I get my free gift? +
Choose your free welcome gift from our premium gift catalog at signup — one gift per membership activation, subject to availability. If you cancel within the cooling-off period, the gift must be returned unused in original condition.
How do the monthly giveaways work? +
You're entered automatically every month your membership is active — no extra steps, no extra cost. Elite Plus members get 3 entries per active month. Winners are drawn and announced at the end of each month.
Does Elite Plus include free shipping? +

I'm already an Elite Plus member — what happens to my membership? +
Nothing changes. Existing members keep their current pricing and all their current benefits. There's nothing you need to do.
Can I cancel? +
You can cancel within the 7-day cooling-off period, with unused items and your free gift returned in original condition. After that, your membership runs for the 12-month minimum term, and cancelling early may require paying out the remaining term. Once the minimum term ends, cancel anytime with no penalty. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.

Overview

EVA Elite Plus is EVA Athletic's premium membership tier, offering exclusive member pricing, your choice of a premium free joining gift, free standard shipping, free Priority Dispatch, monthly prize draw entries, and other benefits described below, available on a Monthly or Yearly billing cadence.

Billing Cadence

When you join, you choose to be billed Monthly or Yearly. The price, minimum term, and total shown to you on the join screen before checkout reflect your selected cadence and form your billing agreement.

Membership Term & Pricing

Elite Plus carries a 12-month minimum commitment, regardless of billing cadence. As at the date of this policy: Elite Plus is $29.95 AUD/month (12-month minimum total of $359.40) or $279.00 AUD/year. Pricing is reviewed from time to time — the exact price and minimum total for your selected cadence is always confirmed on the join screen before you complete your purchase, and that confirmation is what governs your billing agreement.

Free Gift

Choose your free joining gift from our premium gift catalog at signup, subject to availability. One gift per membership activation. If you cancel within the cooling-off period below, your free gift must be returned unused and in original condition.

Shipping & Priority Dispatch

Elite Plus members receive free standard shipping on every order, plus free Priority Dispatch (our $10 Skip the Line priority-handling service), included automatically. Express shipping remains available as a paid upgrade.

Prize Draw Entries

You are automatically entered into EVA's prize draws for each month your membership is active — no extra steps required. Elite Plus members receive 3 entries for each active membership month. Only active membership months earn entries.

Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel within 7 days of purchase (the cooling-off period). Items purchased at member pricing and any free gift received must be returned unused and in original condition.

Early Cancellation

After the cooling-off period, cancelling before the end of your 12-month minimum term may require paying the remaining balance owing for that term.

Auto-Renewal

After your minimum term ends, your membership continues automatically on your selected billing cadence until you cancel.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
