WHAT MEMBERS

★★★★★

"Joined for the giveaways, stayed for the pricing. My first order alone saved more than my membership costs for the year. Absolutely no-brainer."

"The best part is how easy it is. I don’t have to remember codes or wait for sales — I just add what I want to cart and the Elite pricing is there."

"The exclusive drops are the best part. Got a colourway before it went public — sold out in hours and I was already wearing it at the gym."

Got Questions?

FAQ

What is EVA Elite? +
EVA Elite is EVA Athletic's membership. Members get exclusive pricing across the store and automatic entry into our monthly prize draws. Member pricing applies automatically in your cart — no codes needed.
Monthly or yearly — what's the difference? +
You get exactly the same benefits either way. Monthly is $19 a month over a 12-month minimum ($228 in total). Yearly is $179 paid once for the full 12 months, saving you $49. Use the toggle on the join card to choose.
How does the minimum term work? +
Both monthly and yearly carry a 12-month minimum. Yearly covers the whole term in one payment; monthly is billed each month for at least 12 months. The exact price and total for your choice are confirmed on the join screen before checkout. After the 12 months, your membership continues on the same billing option until you cancel.
How do the monthly giveaways work? +
You're entered automatically every month your membership is active — no extra steps, no extra cost. Elite members get 1 entry per active month. Winners are drawn and announced at the end of each month.
Is Elite pricing automatic? +
Yes. Once you're a member and logged into your account, Elite pricing shows automatically across the store and is applied at checkout. No codes, no hassle.
Can I cancel? +
You can cancel within 7 days of joining (the cooling-off period); any items bought at member pricing must be returned unused and in original condition. After that, your membership runs for the 12-month minimum. Yearly is already paid for the full term; on monthly, cancelling early may require paying out the rest of the term. Once the 12 months are up, you can cancel anytime with no penalty. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overview

EVA Elite is EVA Athletic's paid membership program, offering exclusive member pricing, monthly prize draw entries, and other benefits described below, available on a Monthly or Yearly billing cadence. Memberships purchased on this page do not include a free joining gift.

Billing Cadence

When you join, you choose to be billed Monthly or Yearly. The price, minimum term, and total shown to you on the join screen before checkout reflect your selected cadence and form your billing agreement.

Membership Term & Pricing

Elite carries a 12-month minimum commitment, regardless of billing cadence. As at the date of this policy: Elite is $19.00 AUD/month (12-month minimum total of $228.00) or $179.00 AUD/year. Pricing is reviewed from time to time — the exact price and minimum total for your selected cadence is always confirmed on the join screen before you complete your purchase, and that confirmation is what governs your billing agreement.

Prize Draw Entries

You are automatically entered into EVA's prize draws for each month your membership is active — no extra steps required. Elite members receive 1 entry for each active membership month. Only active membership months earn entries.

Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel within 7 days of purchase (the cooling-off period). Items purchased at member pricing must be returned unused and in original condition.

Early Cancellation

After the cooling-off period, cancelling before the end of your 12-month minimum term may require paying the remaining balance owing for that term.

Auto-Renewal

After your minimum term ends, your membership continues automatically on your selected billing cadence until you cancel.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
